_ 続 gcc34 が build できない問題

1. 5.0 → 5.3 の間に POSIX スレッドライブラリ(推奨)の

名前が(何度か)変わってる(libc_r → libthr → libkse

→ libpthread)。公式には libc_r → libpthread かな。

2. gcc はその変更に追随してない(まぁ当然！)。

3. そのためのフォローがおざなり。

が原因でした。ちなみに, 5.2.1 前後で換わってる関係で,

特にはまりやすくなっています。
